PREFERRED FOR PERFORMANCE. TRUSTED FOR EXECUTION.

Every hour a merchant vessel waits for cargo is direct revenue lost, especially when loading windows are unpredictable. Coordination gaps, interruptions in cargo flow and occasional floating-asset malfunctions extend turnaround and erode voyage economics.

SUPERFAST is built as the answer to that exposure: high-productivity floating assets, disciplined marine execution and engineered availability working as one system to reduce downtime, keep cargo moving and cut interruptions.

Reducing downtime is not optional. Indonesia's bulk supply chain deserves a higher performance standard, and SUPERFAST is built to set it.

20,000TONNES / DAY / MACGREGOR FCNominal loading capacity per floating crane
30,000TONNES / DAY / E-CRANE FCPlanned nominal loading capacity per floating crane
100,000*TONNES / DAY / PLANNED FLEETTarget aggregate nominal capacity

*Planned fleet configuration. Loading figures are targets, not guaranteed net rates; performance depends on cargo, marine conditions, barge continuity and operating conditions.

02 / THE FLEET PLATFORM

Power at the waterline.

Two floating-crane technologies.
One performance standard: sustained cargo flow.

SUPERFAST FC 201 floating crane

INITIAL DELIVERY / 2 FLOATING CRANES

Heavy duty.
Ready for the long run.

20,000 TONNES / DAY
PER FLOATING CRANE

MacGregor K5036 cranes paired with Nemag clamshell grabs form the initial platform for continuous offshore bulk handling.

More capacity.
The same discipline.

30,000 TONNES / DAY
PER FLOATING CRANE

Two planned E-Crane units add 60,000 tonnes per day of nominal capacity, extending the fleet programme under suitable operating conditions.

*Planned aggregate nominal capacity. Actual loading performance depends on cargo characteristics, vessel and barge interface, weather, sea state, operating restrictions, crew performance and stoppages.

03 / ENGINEERED AVAILABILITY

Reliability isn't assumed.
It's engineered.

New assets are only the beginning. Every loading commitment is backed by an integrated reliability ecosystem.

04 / SAFETY & EXECUTION

Protect every loading.
Starting with people.

Safe, transparent and standardised execution.
The foundation of repeatable loading performance.

EXECUTION IN PRACTICE / OFFSHORE OPERATIONS

Real assets, disciplined transfer controls and operational coordination working together to protect loading continuity.

SAFE offshore transfer blueprint showing a controlled transfer path and safety exclusion zone

No shortcuts.
Clear controls.

Approved procedures, defined operating limits, competent crews and stop-work authority guide every transfer.

TRUSTED offshore transfer blueprint showing tracked cargo flow and campaign visibility

Every commitment.
Made visible.

Transparent reporting on tonnes transferred, net loading rates, availability and stoppages gives customers a clear view of each campaign.

One plan.
Every party aligned.

Bridge-to-bridge communication, barge sequencing and shift handovers keep the MV, floating crane and barges working to one loading plan.

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE TRANSPARENCY

05 / CUSTOMER OUTCOMES

Time is the
real cargo.

Every operating decision is measured against one outcome: safer tonnes transferred in less vessel time.

Higher sustained net loading rates reduce merchant vessel time at anchorage and associated demurrage exposure.

Mechanical availability, barge-flow visibility and disciplined stoppage control take the uncertainty out of loading windows, improving shipment planning and schedule confidence.

Higher throughput and fewer unplanned stoppages spread fixed operating cost across more tonnes transferred.

A multi-asset fleet, 40,000 tonnes/day initially to 100,000 tonnes/day planned, allows capacity to be matched to committed volumes, shipment peaks and project growth.

Proven OEM equipment, planned maintenance, critical spares and controlled procedures reduce the likelihood and impact of breakdowns, stoppages and incidents.
